The TIP is coming soon

Hey, guys, as usual, every year I go to India and Singapore and this time, one of my favorite cousins, Joe, is going to be in the same plane as me.....YAY. I'll be gone in December the 12th and I don't know when I'll be back. We have a parade for Christmas in India. We don't really have much traditions. I mean, we treat Christmas like a normal day except for the greetings and the Midnight Mass. Anyway, about my 'famous' TIP(The Indian Post), I will only do it if you all want me to do it. So comment: The TIP is awesome, if you want to do it. This is probably my last blog post (unless you guys want me to do the TIP) :(.

Thanks for reading.

COLLAGE/HIGH SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, peeps, I will be talking about how I'M GOING TO SURVIVE IN COLLAGE OR HIGH SCHOOL or whatever BUT STILL. I'm nervous and excited at the same time. St. Pats seems like a really nice school and I have school and personal friends there so I think I'll be fine. The things I will try to achieve next year will be to make many friends and try to be a good student in Year 9. The things I'm really looking forward to is the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device). Another thing is making new friends and expriencing "the BROTHERHOOD." The things that will be challenging is educating my teachers about my FM. I probably have a few classes so on the first day, I will be quite busy :). I'm really going to miss my favourite and famous in Rm 12 (sniff) :(.

My speech

So I will be talking about how my speech went in school. My speech topic was which is better, THE book or THE movie? As usual, I was feeling nervous but when I said the introduction, everything just went smoothly. I think I did a few mistakes which were unnoticeable but I did one big mistake. I don't want to say it because it's a bit embarrassing. My favourite speeches are currently: Ben P ( How to win in the speech..... against Xara!), Anthony (Marvel or DC?), Katerina (Dreams), Catherine (YouTube) and James (Marvel Movies).

Question of the week: So what is better? The book or the movie?

GONE

“One minute the teacher was talking about the Civil War. And the next minute he was gone. There. Gone. No 'poof.' No flash of light. No explosion.”

GONE is a thrilling book about kids stuck in a messed world with no rules and there seems to be no escape and no rules means chaos. All the adults are gone but not kids up to the age of 15. That meant that kids who reaches their 15th birthday (if they're still alive),they'll be GONE. The main character,Sam,is trying to stop all this madness along with Astrid (his girlfriend), Edillo (his trusty sidekick) and Quinn (his best friend). Caine (a power loving villain) tries to take over the FAYZ(Fallout Alley Youth Zone) along with his 'girlfriend' Diana and his evil sidekick, Drake. So Sam and his friends tries to stop them. But there's all kinds of weird everywhere like there seems to be a evil force nicknamed The Darkness trying to kill them all and kids developing powers like super-speed and healing powers and much more. But most of all, Astrid's younger autistic brother, Little Pete, seems that he is involved in this FAYZ thing and is really more dangerous than he seems.........

What I really loved about the book was that it was so well written that it was put-down able. There's a balance of violence, romance, supernatural events, twists and suspense. I'd really recommend this for kids who love supernatural stuff and violence. This would probably be for kids 12 and over. This book has characters that you will love or hate.

My favorite character is Caine as I like his villainous personality and how he's really smart. He's more of a 'brains above brawn' kind of guy.

"These are exciting, high-tension stories told in a driving, torrential narrative that never lets up. There are monsters, there are kids with mad-crazy super powers, there’s the mystery of where all the adults went. Most of all, there are children I can believe in and root for. This is great fiction." -Stephen King

Question of the week: Have you read the book: GONE? If you have, then have you read the whole series?

Thanks for reading.

INTERESTING SPACE

Hello, guys,I will now talk about what I'm interested in space. We learn't that the Sun is going to 'blow up' in 2 billion years. Good thing I'll be dead. Apparently, the sun is expanding into a red giant star so once it expands, it burn about Mercury, Venus, EARTH and Mars. Scientists are now looking whether there are other planets that we could go to before the sun 'blows up.'

Question of the week: Do you think the Sun will actually 'blow up.'
